Special Needs Family Fund

The Tri-County CMO is a 501-3(c) not-for-profit care management organization for children in Warren, Hunterdon and Somerset counties which relies on the generosity of others to continually improve the services we provide. As part of our mission, we have established a special needs family fund program to assist the families we serve during an emergency or fiscal crisis. Our staff intends to provide monetary grants for food, clothing and other necessities to our families only after verification that the need is serious and of an emergent nature.
